 Emerald Island Resort is conveniently located 2-3 miles from the gates of Disney off Highway 192 which runs through central Kissimmee and is famous for its shops and restaurants. The resort is the closest resort to Disney so close in fact that it is actually considered to be part of Celebration, as opposed to Kissimmee, which is Disney’s own housing plan development but no vacation rentals due to the local covenants and bylaws there. If you want to be close to Disney and all the dining that the area has to offer then you really can’t be any better placed than Emerald Island Resort.
